based in Langley, British Columbia. It was founded in 1995 by Jack Lee and
provides professional onsite fuel services. The company now has more than 200
employees in corporate and franchise operations across Canada and in Washington
State. 4REFUEL Canada specializes in fuel management systems, onsite fuel
delivery, fuel logistics, automated fleet management and biodiesel. They deliver
diesel and biodiesel fuel to commercial clients in transportation and logistics,
heavy and light construction, municipal, mining, rail, forestry and earthmoving.

Association of Power Producers of Ontario
The Association of Power Producers of Ontario
(abbreviated APPrO) is a trade and professional body representing commercial
electricity generators in Ontario, and the largest organization of its type in
Canada. APPrO was established in 1986 as the Independent Power Producers’
Society of Ontario (IPPSO) and changed its name to APPrO in 2003. It projects a
unified voice of advocacy for Ontario-based generators of all types, addressing
a range of public policy and regulatory issues of concern to the power industry.
The organization also operates industry conferences and produces a number of
publications, both hardcopy and electronic. The APPrO conference is the largest
annual event of its type in Canada, and its magazine, IPPSO FACTO, is considered
by many in the industry to be one of the most authoritative periodicals on
electricity business and policy issues in Canada.
APPrO currently has about 100 corporate members who collectively produce more
than 95% of the electricity made in Ontario. Corporate members include some of
the most well-known names in the Canadian power business such as Ontario Power
Generation, Bruce Power and Brookfield Renewable Power, along with many
lesser-known companies. The total value of assets owned or operated by APPrO
members is estimated at more than C$50 billion and the total annual sales of
electricity by APPrO members exceeds C$7 billion per year (wholesale value).
APPrO members produce electricity from a range of sources including natural gas,
hydroelectricity (waterpower), cogeneration, windpower, solar energy, biomass
(wood waste), biogas, nuclear energy, coal, and other sources.

ENMAX
ENMAX Corporation (ENMAX) is a vertically
integrated utility that provides electricity, natural gas, renewable energy and
value-added services to its customers. ENMAX, and its predecessors, has provided
Albertans with electricity for over 100 years and currently has more than
640,000 customer sites throughout Alberta. ENMAX is a wholly owned subsidiary of
The City of Calgary, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Its core
operations include electricity generation, transmission and distribution and the
sale of electricity, natural gas and renewable energy products to residential
and commercial customers in Alberta. The Corporation takes an integrated
approach to risk management and actively manages price and commodity risks
inherent in its business. In 2008, the company achieved net earnings of $181.1
million and a return on shareholder's equity of 11.9%.
In 1904, The City of Calgary (The City) built its own electric light plant. The
City of Calgary Electric System (later to become ENMAX Corporation) began
operating on December 2, 1905. In 1996, City Council approved a proposal to make
the City of Calgary Electric System a wholly owned subsidiary beginning on
January 1, 1998. This subsidiary was called "ENMAX Corporation". An affiliated
retailer, "ENMAX Energy", was incorporated on January 1, 1998. On January 1,
2001, ENMAX entered the restructured marketplace.
In October 2008, ENMAX was named one of Alberta's Top Employers by Mediacorp
Canada Inc., which was announced by the Calgary Herald and the Edmonton Journal.

Greengate Power Corporation

Greengate's focus has been on pursuing development in areas with available
transmission capacity to quickly advance projects. In early 2009, Greengate

Utilities Board) to construct its 300 MW Blackspring Ridge Wind Project, north
of Lethbridge, and its 150 MW Halkirk Wind Project, near Halkirk, Alberta, east
of Stettler.
Greengate has indicated that it plans to begin construction on its first wind
power project in 2010.

Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. is a privately
held, Calgary-based oilfield service company that provides completion equipment
and services. The company specializes in multi-stage fracturing systems for open
hole, horizontal wells and deals with unconventional reservoirs. Multi-stage
fracturing systems are used for hydraulic fracturing, or breaking up tight rock
formations to enable release of oil and gas in petroleum reservoirs allowing for
segmentation of horizontal wells into sections or stages such that they can be
fractured individually. This allows for complete fracture coverage of the entire
length of the wellbore. This multi-stage fracturing technique was developed by
Packers Plus, but has been adopted by many completions and operations companies,
unlocking previously unrecoverable resources.

Standard Capital Group
Standard Capital Group is a Canadian oil and
natural gas boutique investment firm based in Calgary, Alberta. Established in
2009, it is credited for the creation of the first Canadian mutual fund trust
(Standard Resources Fund) that successfully purchased oil and gas assets via
eligible investors. With a Net Asset Value of CAN$ 50 million, the Standard
Resource Fund is the largest private oil and gas Mutual Fund Trust in Canada.
Its production is evenly weighted between oil and natural gas.
Standard Resource Fund's assets are in the Western Canada sedimentary basin, a
geologic region which has a long history of productivity in crude oil and
natural gas.
Standard Resource Fund pays a quarterly distribution. Since Standard's assets
are considered a depletable resource, its dividend payments are not taxed at the
regular dividend rate, but rather as return of capital instead of return on
investment; this is an additional tax advantage in the United States, and
applies to all trusts.

is a Canadian energy company. It owns two subsidiaries, Universal Energy
Corporation and ethanol producer Terra Grain Fuels. The company is publicly
